Brief :
Bungalow which is now a family home, but doesn’t function as such. Very badly laid out, would like to achieve good flow & functionality & add an en suite. Would also need to redo current bathroom & kitchen. We want to make some clever changes to our 3 bed bungalow in a budget conscious way to achieve better flow / open plan, family living & allow better access to outside space from the living area. Upgrade kitchen & current bathroom, add an en suite & possibly a utility room. We have to live in the space while works are being done so would also like to find out if the work can be done in phases. Measurements in one of the photos seem a bit off our measurements differ:
